Co-Founder Salvatore Galletta says the issue of responsible charge goes to the heart of the engineering profession and that Turner's Case should rouse all engineers.

"you no longer have an engineering profession and engineers would become mere technicians unable to exercise their professional judgement, "he says.  "Not only do you destroy the engineering profession but you also undermine public safety, which the engineering licensure laws are suppose to protect," says Galletta.
