now Judge Wood has refused to consider Turner's own affidavit and other material
filed in opposition to the City's motion for summary judgement.
Why? Because Turners
affidavit, while notarized, was not properly "Sworn." Judge Wood duly points out that there is a real difference
between the two.
Turner
needed to observe the proper legal form calling for the affidavit to be
"subscribed and sworn, "---------.
