Judge Dismisses Turner's Claims

Judge Ted V. Wood rules that Turner's affidavit and some of the evidence Turner submitted had not been sworn or submitted in compliance with required procedures and therefore could not be considered.

Turner's attorney, John Ohman, claims the matter was decided on technicalities.
