AWARDS

The American Engineering Alliance (AEA) honored Ed Turner, P.E.,L.S., with the Vanguard Award. The AEA presented the award to Turner for his "extraordinary courage, dedication, initiative, and perseverance, demonstrating at great personal risk, a path toward elevating the engineering profession and safeguarding the public interest." Turner is the former City Engineer of Idaho Falls, Idaho, who claims he was forced to resign for refusing to sign and seal projects over which he did not have responsible charge.
